केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों की बल्ले-बल्ले- न्यूनतम वेतन 21,000 रूपये

central government के एक फैसले से बहुत जल्द ही central government employees की minimum salary में बढ़ोतरी होने वाली है.अभी central government employees का minimum salary 18,000 रुपये है जिसे सरकार बढ़ा कर 21,000 हज़ार रुपये करने जा रही है. लेकिन मिडिया में आ रही ख़बरों के अनुसार अगर सरकार न्यूनतम वेतन को बढाती है तो उसका एरिएर नहीं देगी.

जून में Finance Ministry ने 2.57 गुना के Fitment formula को लागू करने का प्रस्ताव पारित किया था जिसके बाद केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के यूनियन ने इसे बढ़ाकर 3.68 Fitment formula की मांग की थी.Finance Ministry ने कहा है कि 3.68 Fitment formula को लागु करना मुमकिन नहीं है. वे 2.57 गुना के फिटमेंट फॉर्मूले को बढ़ाकर 3.00 गुना कर सकते हैं और इसका लाभ central government employees को अगले साल जनवरी से मिलना शुरू होगा.
